Hello Community,

I have SpringSource Tool Suite Version: 2.5.1.RELEASE and the problem is as follows:
I terminated the server while it was starting (in fact I was doing that before without any consequences) and now unable to start it. It fails after timeout due to the "Waiting for changelog lock...."
Google did not give any helpful advice. Reboot also did not solve the problem.
