Applications stuck in 'uploading' state

As of yesterday evening, I seem to be unable to get an application uploaded and deployable. Every application I upload never gets past the 'uploading' status, and as such, they are undeployable. I am using grails cloud-foundry-upload from the command-line.

Is anyone else seeing this issue?

Also uploaded a new application and this also got stuck in the "uploading" status!! I did this from the UI.

I haven't deployed recently, but I contacted support when I last saw this problem. They said that a server reboot was needed on their end to correct the issue. If you're still seeing this I would definitely contact support@cloudfoundry.com. Chances are, others are seeing it as well.
