Agent cant find spring plugin

Hi,

I'm trying out Hyperic 4.5 with tcServer 2.1.0 everything was running fine earlier but today the hyperic agent stopped reporting spring measurements. According to the log file the agent cant seem to find the spring plugin anymore.

The agent log has lots of lines similar to this:

ERROR [ScheduleThread] [ScheduleThread] Plugin not found: measurement plugin name=SpringSource tc Runtime 6.0 Spring Service Method not found

Any ideas what went wrong and how to fix it?

it may be an issue with the eval license. if you're still watching this thread please post the contents of the

<hq server home>/conf/license.xml


Also - confirm you have not installed anything into a directory path that contains spaces. (i.e. no "program files"). This is a known issue.

Thanks for the response.

I've attached the license.xml I'm using. I think it's from the tcServer demo download page.

I'm running on linux and don't have any spaces in the directory path. I'm also able to see the spring JMX metrics in jconsole and they seem to be ok. The agent just stopped reporting them to the hq server.
