    Default Hibernate 3.0alpha support

    All,

I just noticed that hibernate team officially announced availability of Hibernate 3.0 alpha. I know that this is too early to incorporate this into spring release, but it would be very good to have support for this in spring framework (in "experimental" of course). This would be very helpfull for people who wanted to test new HB3 (long awaited:) features (like the author:)). Would it be possible? I noticed that because of some changes (package changed to org.hibernate and introduction of named entities) some minor refactoring will be needed. I wonder if someone is interested in this?

I've started a thread in the developer list about Hibernate 3. No idea at this point as to a timeframe, but anybody that is interested might want to track that discussion.
