Creating a Roo project based on a wsdl file of a webservice.
Hi,
Is there a possibility of creating a functional Spring Roo project based on a wsdl file of an exposed webservice. At the moment we use maven cxf plugin to generate the artifacts from a wsdl file, but we have to write the web-artifacts manually. We appreciate any response.
At gvNIX project, we are developing an add-on that will cover these needs. It generates entity and service classes from WSDL. This add-on will be released at the end of 2010, inside gvNIX release 0.5.
gvNIX is a open source tool based on a Spring Roo core (now 1.1.0.M1 version). It uses the features of Spring Roo and brings his own philosophy, offering to developers addons with functional value for enterprise applications. Below you have the list of Roo add-ons in current release:
* Themes management
* Site structure management
* Optimistic concurrency control
* Exception handlers management
* and much more ...
