    Default Gson mapping view for JSON (equivalent of MappingJacksonJsonView)

    Does anyone know if there are plans to develop a Gson equivalent of MappingJacksonJsonView to render model maps as JSON?

    It would be great to be able to use Gson entirely for JSON marshaling and unmarshaling. While Jackson was great in its hey-day, the Google-Gson project now has much stronger developer momentum than the Jackson project. Gson also seems to work in a lot safer and cleaner manner.
