Download Spring Eclipse plugin instead of update site

Could someone please point me to a link where I can get the latest Spring Eclipse (3.6.x) plugin?

Due to security issues, I can't use update sites.

I also am on a private network behind a firewall, and I cannot point
my Eclipse at the update site.

Now for IvyDE, EGit, and Spring IDE 2.2.1, I had downloaded zipped copies of
the update sites, opened them locally, and pointed by Eclipse at those.

Can such a zipped copy also be provided for Spring IDE 2.3.+? We already have
copies of Eclipse, I do not need to get the whole Spring Tool Suite.

Thanks Christian, that worked. I downloaded the 2.5.0.M3-e3.6.zip file and was
able to "bring it in" and then update my spring ide from that.
