Installing

I am trying to install Springsource tool suite plugin on RAD 7.5 which is based on eclipse 3.4

In RAD I entered following url in help->software updates--->available software

http://springide.org/updatesite
http://www.springsource.com/update/3.4
http://www.springsource.com/update/3.5

But for above sites I am getting following error
No repository found at above location

Questions
a) Are above location correct for installing plugin for IBM RAD7.5 which is based on Eclipse 3.4
b) Are there no repository in above location
c) As per my understanding from following link STS plugin works with RAD 7.3

Please let me know how to install sts plugin in RAD
