Can't see the Browse Resource tab in insight

I have downloaded the latest sts version springsource-tool-suite-2.3.2.RELEASE-e3.5.2-win32 which contains three folders

sts-2.3.2.RELEASE
roo-1.0.2.RELEASE
tc-server-6.0.20.C

After setting the application when I am accessing insight I can't see the Browse resources tab. There is another difference that my insight app is showing a logo with "spring source" only where as in the video http://s3.springsource.com/MRKT/spri...Screencast.mp4 it is "Spring source a division on vmware". I think insight is not updated with the latest release of sts. So the question is how can I easily update insight in my sts.

I can follow the following instruction mentioned in the link but the above tc server folder tc-server-6.0.20.C doesn't have any template folder.

I have tried to download the tc server and insight alone and followed the above instruction mentioned in the link but no luck.

Can any one tell me how can I easily use the latest insight app in latest tc dev server?

I am tried to setup on mac but same old insight UI. Following version I have tried which is I think is the latest version.

springsource-tool-suite-2.3.2.RELEASE-e3.5.2-macosx-cocoa-x86_64-installer.

I found this UI.

where as I want to setup the milestone 3 one.
