I'm just investigating Roo as a technology stack for creating my next web project. I've been researching the idea of using MongoDB or CouchDB and was thinking of using DAOs to do this.

However, after doing some reading, I noticed that Roo doesn't create DAOs. Any ideas for an alternative way of weaving Roo and NoSQL together?
