I'm having some issues with bundles no longer being deployed asynchronously after a restart of the dm Server. Here's what keeps happening:

I copy all my bundles to the pickup directory of dm Server 2.0.2.RELEASE and start the server. Everything starts fine asynchronously. Any bundles that are missing referenced services just wait for the bundle that exports the service to finish loading.

But then if I restart the server, the bundles no longer get installed asynchronously, and each bundle just waits for its missing service until it times out and only then starts loading the next bundle.

If I start the server with -clean or just manually delete the contents of the work directory all the bundles load properly again.
