Now that SpringSource no longer provides maintenance jars for older release such as Spring 2.5, how are you handling maintenance and fixes?

Are you avoiding maintenance by sticking with the original point releases?
Are you building fixes from Spring's repository?
Are you using the latest release, i.e., 3.0?
