STS Template Project for Portlets

Is there an existing template project for Spring MVC Portlets like there are for the Spring MVC Web?

Particularly, I am looking to create a skeleton Spring MVC Portlet project within the STS by doing a File->New->Spring Template Project and then selecting the portlet template.

I think we haven't got to this yet, but Josh is now working on the template projects for us. So maybe ask this question on the JIRA issue? I think that would be the best way find out what the current status is here.
