In STS 2.3.2, when trying to deploy a PAR application to a clean dm server 2.0.1, it may fail:

Install failed for par 'com.whatever.application' version '1.0.1'.

When I try to re-publish the PAR, I get an error:

Cannot refresh par 'com.whatever.application' version '1.0.1' as refresh of par artifacts is not supported.

This is very frustrating, as I currently have to remove all the applications from the server, and restart clean, and then redeploy.

Can anyone shed any light on what is going on here?
