I installed STS into Eclipse last night and I downloaded the 3 sample applications that are available. Is there any documentation so I can understand how the application is set up?

My plan is to the PetClinic app as a basis for the app I'm buidling in an effort to understand Spring. I know Java but I primarily have used the WebObjects framework and Spring seems to be a completely different way to design applications.
