Default Not possible to add DM Kernel as a Server in STS ?

I tried adding DM Kernel as server in STS. Doesnt seem to work.

    Is it supported ?

I choose server type as SpringSource dm Server v2.0

    I get the following error

.version file in lib directory is missing key 'dm.server.version'. Make sure to point to a dm Server 2.0 installation.

What in your eyes is DM kernel if you mean Spring DM with that indeed that isn't supported because well it isn't a server.

    That was my misunderstanding .

Not sure if it would work, I guess not as the dm Server includes more functionility. But I guess it doesn't work due to the stripped down version of dm Server and the lack of certain functionality available in dm Kernel to function with the dm Server plugin in Eclipse.

I suggest registering a JIRA for a new server extensions for dm Kernel.
