Templating engine (ROO-8) status?

would you be so kind to tell us a little about the status of this topic? Views are very important for all of us and we're looking forward to the new features.

Fireball,

If you feel adventurous you can build Roo from trunk and see for yourself. There has been a lot of progress with jspx round tripping in place and better customization options. There are still a few bug tickets which I need to fix before a M1 release.

I did so, checked out roo-dev and made a new project with it,

I strolled around with the documentation of controllers. Not entirely sure what is new with view here. Could you shed some light.

(will be looking into svn checking by you to see if I can make it out)
