How to use TC Server with an existing project?

Hi there.
I am very much new to Spring and was wondering if somebody could tell me/ point me in the right direction on how to run an existing spring mvc project on the "Springsource tc Server" that is build into STS.

I have created a small project that I test using this build in server (very handy), but now the time has arrived to merge this small project with it's massive mother-ship.

Hope someone can help me out!
