    Default Grails bundle not working?

    Hi,

I've installed STS' Grails support along with the Grails 1.2.1 feature on STS 2.3.0 :

but when creating a new Grails project, no Grails installation is configured :

    Anyone experiencing this?

    regards

    Hi,

can you check that you have a grails-1.2.x folder in your STS installation directory. If so, you can manually configure the Grails installation from the TS preferences (Groovy -> Grails -> Add...).

If you don't see the Grails installation in your installation directory do you happen to have STS installed into "Program Files". If so, please manually download Grails from grails.org and configure it with STS using the steps above.

There is a known issue using the STS Extension install if STS is installed into a protected directory (which is "Program Files on Vista and Win 7).

Let me know if that helps.
