    Are you using JSF? It won't work in MVC.

    Yes, apparently i'm using JSF. Perhaps create menu works fine but, show button not able to show image.
    I tried to get images displayed using PrimeFaces p:download but had some time-comsuming issues which I couldn't fix in the timeframe for 1.2.0 - which I intend to resolve
    Secondly, what if I want to perform same task in MVC?
    Not available yet Sorry

    Cheers

    Perhaps you can provide a patch to support this?

    Hi Alan,

    I'm implying you are addressing the question to me...

    If this is the case; yes more than happy In providing it. I call it solution.

    Yes, thanks. Please raise a ticket with the improvement, and attach the patch based on the latest code from GitHub.
    Appreciated.

    @Alan,
    I'm an independent "hard core Rooist" developer looking for sponsor(s) and an endorsement for publishing books about Roo. Intermediate and advanced Spring Roo stuff hard to find anywhere else.

    I hope been able to satisfy your request soon.

    @JD

    Thanks sir, your solution really works fine for me; perhaps now I'm in another dilemma; now i want one form which will accept one image, one pdf file & one doc file.

    similarly i want view level which will show image and gave buttons throgh which user can download pdf and doc file.

    how i can achieve this one?

    @sracenta,

    You are very welcome...

    Dilemma? No way. I recommend my consulting services for continuing your path for being the strongest Java Web Developer you can be.

    You will learn how-to implement these kind of solutions "naturally". Solutions that -as you have experienced- are "unique" or "hard-to-find" anywhere else.
