Error while running clinic.roo file.

Steps:
1. Download roo 1.0.1 and adjust the $PATH variable.
2. Create a dir roofirst.
3. Copy the clinic.roo from the samples dir to this new dir.
4. Run roo.bat from the new dir.
5. Run script clinic.roo.

We get the following error somewhere in the middle:

Undo failed ROOT\pom.xml
(The requested operation can't be performed on a file with a user-mapped section open).

When I got this error it was because my real-time virus scanner (Trend Micro) was interfering with Roo. Once I killed the Trend Micro OS processes, Roo worked fine. See this earlier thread: http://forum.springsource.org/showthread.php?t=81681
