Very noob questions:

There are a lot of tutorials on how to create contract first web services, however they all tend to brush over the fact the 'all good editors will contain tools for editing XML and XSD schemas'. This may be so but I'm trying to figure out how to take a simple data element in XML and create an XSD using Eclipse and I keep coming across assumptions on how easy it is in tutorials so noone actually says what perpectives/menus/buttons I need to click.

Can someone give me a pointer or recommend tools (with tutorials) for doing this.
