Grails with project dependencies
We have a big project where we have multiple Eclipse projects depending on one another. One of this project is a Grails project.
1- Domain-project // used by multiple projects
2- client-server-communication // used by multiple projects
3- Business-rule-commons // used by multiple projects
4- Business-rule-project-specific // specific to my Grails project
Project 1,2,3 and 4 are Java projects.
For now using eclipse and Groovy/Grails Eclipse plugin in Galileo, if I made change to project 1, I need to publish it locally and then with projects 2,3, and 4 I have to resolve my dependencies and publish locally each project before running my Grails app. This is a lot of time when I made small change. Even with script automating the process.
If my Grails project was a spring web app, the changes will be seen in Eclipse and tomcat will even reload the change dynamically.
Is STS will enable me to work with Grails in the same dynamic way I work with a Spring MVC project?
