Default Where are the server logs on an AMI instance launched via Cloudfoundry located?

I am having troubles with redeployment of my application so I want to take a look at the server logs to see exactly what is happening. The page launched via the "show logs" in the TC Server section via cloudfoundry site is giving me only a snippet.

I have checked the /var/lib/tcServer-6.0-tomcat/logs directory but that only contains a 'safeToDelete.tmp' file.

Where can I locate the actual file the logs are written to?

    Thanks in advance

    Hello berinle,

The tcServer log is located at /var/log/tcserver-catalina.out

    Hope this helps,

Thanks Dmitriy, that is definitely helpful. Is the a documentation as to where things are placed in general?

If so, please can you point it to me, so I have that for later reference

We install software we use from CentOS RPMs, so you can find what you need in the same location it would be on any RedHat-based system.
