Hi,

I'm using spring RMI remoting solution for clearing EHCache in distributed JEE application (web/EJB) all our applications are using spring so from Admin web application I'm able to clear all the remote cache. RMI based remoting is perfect fit for my problem. But, Is RMI technology is Outdated? Is there any possibility of Spring withdrawing RMI support in near future? Is the use of RMI discouraged?
