    Default Logging log4j location

Why is the log4j.properties located in META-INF/spring

I would expect just META-INF as it's not coupled to Spring.

I believe this was done to align Roo setups with the conventions used in dmServer. Does this setup cause issues for you?

If there is a good reason I guess we can change that for the Roo 1.1 release train. Please open a Jira ticket so we can keep track.

    Hi Stefan,

No it causes no issue for me. But it's just not the place I would expect itand I would prefer only specific Spring config files inside the /META-INF/spring/ folder.

I've created https://jira.springsource.org/browse/ROO-545 to track this.

    Cheers,
    Marcel
