Console does not produce output on jdk 1.6.0_18

Good day everyone,

I had an issue with roo's console today. It did not produce output when running on Sun JDK 1.6.0_18.
I had to re-install Sun JDK 1.6.0_17 in order to get it working.

Anyone with the same problem?

I believe I have the same problem. I just installed roo (windows 7, jdk 1.6.0.18). When I start roo I don't see the roo banner like the docs show. When I type hint I see no text. I just get a new command prompt.
