Does anyone have a good tutorial how to use version control (such as subclipse) with Roo projects?

I installed STS and added subclipse so I can play with Roo. I am having a hard time to version Roo artifacts in SVN when using STS as some files generated isn't visible (such as aj files) in STS and isn't versioned alongside the artifact (the java file). So you add the java file, but the aj files isn't added; the same with deletions, moves and renaming files.

BTW. I have used VisualSVN with Visual Studio and it works great. I was expecting the similar behavior for generated artifacts.
