    Default What is purpose of webapps-lib directory?

    Hi,

    Could someone please explain to me the purpose of the webapps-lib directory in tcServer's directory structure?
    If, for example, I've numerous applications running on an instance and all these applications require the grails jar then can this jar be placed in the webapps-lib directory?
    I'm trying to figure out a way to configure a template so that commonly used libraries do not have to be stored in each WAR file. How can this be done?

    Just noticed that this webapps-lib is only defined in the Spring Insight template. But maybe someone can address my other question?
