Second time addon install fail

Hi,
I have created a simple hello word addon. First time when it is installed and worked fine. Then i just uninstalled the addon and tried to install the same add on but it is fail.. I checked, Roo removed the zip file from the addon directory.
But it complain the jar already exit in the work directory. Am i doing anything wrong?

My guess is that you're on Windows and you're seeing this:

For now, just delete the corresponding jars in the work dir by hand after uninstalling the addon.
