OSGi Compendium Configuration Admin XML problem

I am having problem trying to inject osgix:managed-properties in a bean. I am getting a XmlBeanDefinitionStoreException. I checked the xsd given in namespace declaration, and it exists and contains managed-properties element. Here's an excerpt of my code:
