Hi,

I am having some really frustrating errors and has to do with the namespaces when using spring 3.0.0.M4.

Here's my applicationContext.xml:

I looked around at some bug trackers and there were similar issues out there. Most notably this one: http://jira.codehaus.org/browse/MASSEMBLY-360

I tried to follow Chris Wilkens advice and copy spring.handlers and spring.schemas into my META-INF. I basically combined all spring.handlers and spring.schemas like this:

You probably won't need a solution anymore but let me tell you what went wrong according to me:

I think you might made a copy/paste mistake in your initial file:
http://www.springframework.org/schema/beans/spring-context-3.0.xsd
should be:
http://www.springframework.org/schema/context/spring-context-3.0.xsd
