Application monitoring in DMServer

Hi

I have a requirement where I have to manage various applications. All of these apps are deployed on different machines(all are on DMServer). In case any application encounters an exception like SQLException or any other important exception, an automatic email should be sent to an administrator.

Is there any management application that can be used commonly by all these applications that are running on the DMServer installations?
