    Default SOS Console?

    I'm a Spring novice and a Flex newbie, so please forgive me if this is a silly question. In the Spring ActionScript API there is the SOSTarget. The ASDoc says it logs to the SOS console. What is the SOS console? I could not find any documentation and Googling with "SOS" in the query results in a lot of non related results.
