Vaadin and Spring MVC Integration

Hello there, i'm considering the option of integrating Vaadin UI framework with Spring MVC.

Any suggestions on how should I start doing this ? or if is even possible and a good idea ?

Hi Marian,

glad to hear you are considering Vaadin!

We, the Vaadin-team, don't have very much experiences with Spring MVC integration yet but there is some very rudimentary configuration-help here: http://vaadin.com/wiki/-/wiki/Main/Spring%20Integration . What I do know is that several people in our community are using Spring successfully so you might want to drop by and ask about it in our forums ( http://vaadin.com/forum ). We also have some enterprise-customers that are heavy Spring-users so integration is definitely possible!

I'll be following the thread with interest and hopefully improve our documentation based on your experiences!
