Looking at the subversion repository, there have been no updates made to this project since the first release was made over 2 months ago. Is this project dead?

I really need this functionality in an OSGi container, so I'll probably end up taking the source code and doing it myself. If someone could let me know how to contribute it back to the Spring community and get it added to the Enterprise Bundle Repository, I would be happy to do so.
