Yes, +1 for an official Grails/Groovy forum
I was thinking of posting a question about why Grails doesn't have a forum like Spring now that it is under the SpringSource umbrella. I tried several times about a week ago to join the Grails mailing list, and my request keeps bouncing back. I posted anyway on the mailing list through the pseudo forum, and now once per day I get a notification that my question is still pending. So for me it seems I can't get a question on the Grails mailing list/forum.
Seems flimsy when there is such a wonderful community/forum setup here with Spring and related tools.
So, count me in the movement to have official Grails forum support.
