How to list the running flows for user

Hi,
is it possible to get list of the running flows for the concrete user (session) and to resume flow in the last state? The situation is following - we have an application with prety designed spring webflows. Time-to-time the users are forced to break the running flow and navigate to the complete different page or flow. We would like to give the user the possibility to list all his/her running (unfinished) flows and choose one to finish. The choosen flow should be resumed in the last state to be finished, canceled etc.

We are using Spring WebFlow 2.0.7
