Get the mail id of a sending mail

I have a use case that need to keep track of the mail it is sending in order to perform some bussiness logic for the replay. The question is if there a way to get the message id that the mail:outbound-channel-adapter is sending

Hi:
Another solution for me is to set de message-id header but i can't do it in a transformer, what ever i set in the header key it's not traslate to the message-id mimemessage header (try Message-Id messageId, etc) without luck
