is anyone able to download FTP adapters from se-sia project?

Apparently noone is using those . I'll fix it soon and let you know.

Build fixed, those urls should be fine now.

Here's a little background:
The url's you mentioned go to the latest build. Our CI server will automatically put the artifacts in that directory (if the build was successful). If the latest build was not successful you cannot get those artifacts. Due to carelessness of yours truly the build wasn't fixed (although apparently it shouldn't have failed either). All that is in order now and you can download individual jars and the complete build.
