Eclipse Updates

Eclipse updates are not available under Downloads->Tools->Platform Tooling
I get access permission error.

I'm not exactly sure how you're trying to get the Platform Tools, but here's what's going on.

First, if you're clicking on the top link (Eclipse Update Site), then you should expect to get a permissions error. We've tightened up the view-ability of directories on that server so you can't view the contents any longer. This should not have affected the use of that URL in Eclipse though.

Second, if you're clicking on the bottom link (Archived Update Site) the link was bad as we've update the binary there. I've fixed the link and everything should work properly now.
