Could you explain about the dynamic update, start/stop, manage the bundles?

I did a test using the example formtags in the tutorial. After I deployed all the following jar and war:

formtags-shared-services-service-1.0.1.RELEASE.jar
formtags-shared-services-war-1.0.1.RELEASE.war

Formtags worked well. And then I undeployed formtags-shared-services-service and deployed again. After that, formtags didn't work.

Can someone explain this kinds of features?
