User Guide in PDF

This is helpful for those not having constant on-line access .

They are also bundled with the download, in [PLATFORM_HOME]docsprogrammer-guidepdfprogrammer-guide.pdf and [PLATFORM_HOME]docsuser-guidepdfuser-guide.pdf.

For some reason, user-guide.pdf won't open on Windows.

We spotted the problem with the packaged user-guide a little too late. We'll fix this in the next beta refresh release which will occur at the end of next week.
