    Default Calling for Extension Proposals

i have found that lots of the gex. extension files dont have any action buttons at all in them-all the gm examples are just coding not any action buttons

because of this i am wondering if you could make a rule that illustrates that all gex. files have to have action buttons in?

+1 for caching module. It seems to be the spring-module that's most frequently used, so why isn't it in Spring Extensions?

Doesn't seem like SpringSource is serious about this after all - so I suggest we take control over this ourselves and coop on the fork at GitHub: http://github.com/astubbs/spring-modules/
Thanks to keibi for mentioning it in the 1st place.

    Default caching

For those interested in Ehcache integration for Spring 3:
I am one of the authors of a new project to accomplish this goal via annotations. Our first production release was announced today.

Spring 3.1 will have a caching abstraction. It's already in the M1 http://blog.springsource.com/2011/02...-1-m1-caching/
