Trouble running Spring DM Sample WEB APP

I decided to try this out in new workspace and everything works fine. Thanks for the great article.

I followed oleg.zhurakousky's tutorial, but get the same result like sammaish's.
when I remove file and dires in my workspace\.metadata\.plugins\org.eclipse.pde.core\ Spring-DM-TP, it works fine.
