Default spring IDE - cannot install

I have eclipse 3.3.2 installed for Java EE. I read previous thread regarding
the plugins needed (WST, GEF,...). I verified that all are installed.

I cannot install. The Update Manager does not show the spring IDE plugin
unless I uncheck the checkbox for latest version. Then I cannot go any further.
I do not see any Spring Dependencies mentioned. See image attached.

Default Already read it a few times

I have already read that thread and two other messages on the same subject.
I do not get the dependencies submenu at all.
When I try to expand on spring IDE ("+" symbol), I get nothing.
See my image file. I do not get the Spring IDE Dependencies menu at all.

Then the only thing I can come up with is that or it is already installed or you have a serious problem with your eclipse installation...

Default eclipse - java EE 3.3.2 & spring IDE

This problem I experienced at my home computer. This installation was very much clean. I do not have much besides eclipse, just tigris SVN plugin, maybe hibernate.

I tried to update eclipse at my work computer. I already have spring IDE,
installed a year ago. I can see the spring IDE icon when I
select "About Eclipse SDK" but when I try to update it,
I see EXACTLY the same options (no submenu for dependencies, and I cannot go any further).

Could it be that something is wrong with the update site? The image that you show belongs to the nightly, not to the regular update site.
I have tried both old and new URLs and both give me the same results.
    springide.org/updatesite
& the new URL posted in another message.

Maybe I can just do a manual install by downloading the files??

You can browse the new update site at http://s3browse.com/explore/dist.spr...g/release/IDE/.

There you can download the archived update site to use on your local machine.

    Thank you.

I downloaded the plugin .zip file and installed in an extension directory.
There is a file .eclipseextension in the distribution.

So far, when I invoke eclipse, I can see the SpringIDE icon, have not tested functionality. Hope it is fine.
