Axiom downgraded to 1.2.6

Hi,

I noticed that Axiom has been downgraded to 1.2.6. Does it contain a bug?

Axiom 1.2.7 contains a fix that was blocking for Axis2 1.4 and has been included in the Axis2 1.4 binary distribution.

Therefore I guess it should be fine to use Axiom 1.2.7, though I agree it's a bit sloppy they've never officially announced it on the ws-commons site (http://ws.apache.org/commons/axiom/download.cgi).
