Yes, I have the same problem, but the
http://s3.amazonaws.com/maven.springframework.org/osgi
is still ok.
But Colin can you please fix it, because in the poms is also the other url used.

I've reported the problems and hope to get it fix fairly soon.
It's strange since http://s3browse.com/explore/maven.springframework.org seems to be still working.
