Spring WS 1.5 import package javax.wsdl.extensions.soap12 optional?

Hi,
I have two simple questions about the Import-package: javax.wsdl.extensions.soap12 in spring-ws-core-1.5.0:
- Why is the import not optional?
- where can I get a bundle which exports javax.wsdl.extensions.soap12 ?

I take it this is an OSGi MANIFEST import you are talking about here. I can make it optional, could you please file a JIRA issue for this?
