tomcat cant start in windows xp 64bits

Dear members

i have windows xp, processor and mainboard of 64 bits

now

C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator>java -version
java version "1.5.0_12"
Java(TM) 2 Runtime Environment, Standard Edition (build 1.5.0_12-b04)
Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM (build 1.5.0_12-b04, mixed mode)

C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator>

when i try to start up my tomcat 5.5.25
well not start and i see this in my log file

how i can resolve this??

I haven't tested it (don't have a 64bit system yet ) just did some googling .
